Live Music
Our newest program in one of Utah’s smallest venues, our Small Stage Series features incredibly talented local musicians every month from October through May. Come to the Abbington of Layton on the first Friday of each month to experience some of the best musicians Utah has to offer. Past performances have included genres like singer/songwriter, barbershop quartet, and classical ensembles. This is also a great program for music students needing performance attendance credit.

CenterPoint Legacy Theatre | Currently Showing: The Sound of Music
Embark on a journey of music and inspiration with the timeless classic musical The Sound of Music. This beloved musical tells the heartwarming story of the von Trapp family in Austria. Follow Maria, a spirited governess, as she brings love and music into the lives of the von Trapp children and their stern father, Captain von Trapp. Set against the backdrop of World War II, The Sound of Music celebrates the power of courage, love, and the joy of music. With a message of enduring hope and filled with songs we all know and love, The Sound of Music is a must-see for the entire family.
