Weekly Guided Bird Walks. Every Saturday at 9:00 am
Join a guide for a fun and causal birding walk along our 1-mile nature trail loop every Saturday at 9:00 AM, April 18 thru June 20, 2026. The trail features scenic boardwalks over a large pond within the Robert N. Hasenyager Great Salt Lake Nature Reserve, near the Farmington Bay Waterfowl Management Area — a prime spot for spring birdwatching. It’s a great chance to get outside, enjoy the wetlands, and connect with other people who enjoy nature. Whether you’re a seasoned birder or just curious, all are welcome! Registration is not required. Meet in the parking lot. This event is free to attend, but we ask guests to bring a non-perishable canned food item to donate. We’ve partnered with the Bountiful Food Pantry to support those facing food insecurity in our community.
