Songbird Nest Box Building Workshop

Build a wooden nest box and learn how to support local songbird populations! This hands-on workshop includes everything you need—materials, tools, and expert instruction! You’ll learn about native birds living in urban areas of Utah, where to place a nest box for success, and how to observe nesting birds responsibly without disturbing them. Enjoy light refreshments, connect with fellow nature lovers, and take home a durable nest box ready for installation. Tools will be provided, but if you have a cordless drill, we encourage you to bring it along to speed up the construction process. Please note: Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins will not be admitted, even if the class is not sold out.
