Salt Lake Symphonic Winds – Slava!

The Salt Lake Symphonic Winds will present “Slava!” for its third concert of their 30-year anniversary celebration. The band’s performance is on February 13 at 7:30 P.M. in the Bountiful High School Auditorium under the direction of Dr. Thomas P. Rohrer. Musical selections include music from Leonard Bernstein’s “Slava!,” “Raiders March” from Raiders of the Lost Ark; “Incantation and Dance” by John Barnes Chance, and the light-hearted “Swamp Rabbit Stomp.” The joint concert will be shared with the Bountiful High School Wind Ensemble and Concert Band under the direction of Branson Bell. The concert is free and open to the public.
