Family Night at the Library

The library will be transformed into interactive sections, each representing a unique era in American history. Families can explore, learn, and play as they move through time, enjoying hands-on activities, games, crafts, and entertainment designed for all ages.

This special event is brought to you in partnership with the Layton Branch Library and Layton City Parks and Recreation, combining the joy of learning with active, creative fun.

Costumes are encouraged! Come dressed as a historical figure, a futuristic explorer, or anything totally creative. Whether you’re stepping into the past or imagining the future, there’s something for everyone at this time-traveling celebration.

We can’t wait to explore America’s story with you—one era at a time!
