North Salt Lake 2023 Arbor Day

The City of North Salt Lake and Chevron are once again pleased to partner for the 2023 NSL Arbor Day Celebration. We invite our NSL community to join us in planting trees at Legacy Park on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 am. Families, friends and groups are welcome at this event. Please meet on the west side of the park near the splash pad. Park address: 1140 W 1100 N, NSL. This annual event, with generous funding from Chevron, provides an opportunity for volunteers to assist the City’s Parks Department in placing more trees per year than otherwise might be possible. The benefits trees bring to urban environments are endless, such as shade, cleaner air, cooler temperatures and higher property values. The Arbor Day Foundation has planted nearly 500 million trees around the world since 1972.
