Vito’s

Vitos Sub Sandwiches

Vito’s on Bountiful Main Street is praised by many as having the best Philly Cheesesteaks in all of Utah. If you’ve ever been, then you probably agree. The owner, Vito, is typically the only cook in the restaurant and specializes in the most authentic and delicious Philly Cheesesteaks you’ll ever have. From original Philly’s with peppers and mushrooms to Philly’s with alfredo sauce or cream cheese, you’ll be absolutely blown away. Browse through Facebook and Yelp to see all of their rave reviews.

Besides their amazing sandwiches, the next most talked about thing at Vito’s is their cash-only, honor code system. Once it’s your turn to order, Vito will take your order (usually still from the kitchen grill) and tell you your total. Then, you simply place your cash into a box on the counter and take out whatever change you need. If you don’t have cash, no worries- there’s an ATM right by the ordering counter. The immense trust Vito has in his customers is one of the reasons why he’s a Davis County favorite.

Vito’s is only open for takeout orders Monday through Friday from 11am-2pm or until they run out of food. They are known to oftentimes have long lines out the door or to run out of food before 2. If you’re wanting to order from Vito’s, we suggest getting there earlier rather than later.
